Shillong’s hip-hop click Cryptographik Street Poets releases new video based on the theme ‘anti-alcohol’. The boys have been frequently visiting San-Ker one of the leading rehabilitation centre of pine city and have extracted some inspirations from the stories of the patients there; to bring about a positive message to the younger generations as they are the ones who’re likely prone to try the many intoxicants they’re exposed to. With this effort, CSP brings to notice an example that the youth are to hold up for themselves and not be part of the roller coaster ride that would only ruin their lives. The track entitled “poison thoughts” is more canorous after featuring Benedict Skhemlang Hynniewta on the flute. It may be mentioned that Benedict Hynniewta won the Youth Icon Award 2012 for Music and Performing arts.
The video was directed by Iris Honderdos and was jointly produced by Benedict Skhemlang Hynniewta, Ribor Marbaniang, Arno Peeters & Patrick Drabe.
