18 Degrees Festival 2014 around the corner.

According to the organiser’s website, “18 Degrees is a platform to explore and create a culture that educates and encourages the local youths to explore and share their creative ideas” and the first edition of 18Degrees Festival justified just that and this year’s edition is right around the corner.

It is an initiative by the Department of Arts and Culture, Government of Meghalaya with an objective of promoting Art & Culture. The festival gained a lot of ground from last year’s edition and is back this year with a very promising look and feel one can perceive with the variety and number of local and international participants.

The festival is slated to be held on 9th Oct till 11th Oct 2014 @ State Central Library Premises. Event is powered by THE small ART PROJECT, Event Partnered by the BIG ORANGE network & Supported by Meghalaya XBHP.
