Now this is more like it! Shillong’s indie/ pop-punkers Street Stories are heading north this summer, to deliver an estrogen-fuelled rock ‘n’ roll party at the ESCAPE FESTIVAL OF ARTS AND MUSIC in the exquisite shores of Lake Naukuchiatal, Uttrakhand.
On the said occasion; the trio will be sharing stage with some of India’s finest bands Bhayanak Maut, Scribe, Indigo Children and Menwhopause ET AL. In a recent conversation with our in-house photographer Rundolf Mawlieh, the lads quoted – As a band we have just one thing to say – “we simply can’t wait to invigorate the start of a beautiful friendship with new fans at the festival through our set, which would contain some of the coolest songs we ever wrote.” 😀
Escape festival of arts and music spans for three days, 18th, 19th and 20th May, 2012. The festival offers a variety of lustrous art forms in the likes of pottery, paintings, music, graffiti, flea market, film screenings and workshops.
