Getting attention and getting people to notice oneself among all the noise and chaos is the most crucial step towards making oneself a good market in the media industry. It such a challenge to get that hint of attention especially when it has become very important to embrace every fine point and correct every flaw.
Inadvertently it pretty much seems that MTV has almost sabotaged its fans and lovers. MTV is killing the music. Is it true though? Because at the end of the day, it’s again all about the attention and the TRP of the channel. So whether or not MTV as a music channel serves its purpose genuinely, culminating in the massive audience are reality shows (Jersey Shore, The Pauly D project, Snooky and JWoww, Teen Wolf etc) which have nothing much to do with music and irrelevant product placements.
